Stardust mica from New York Scent is used for coloring soap and cosmetics such as nail polish, lip balm, and eye shadow. (It's also used in coatings, plastics, inks, etc.) This particular mica looks best in clear soap. It probably won't be visible in opaque soap. This mica is a lot like like glitter in its shine, but it's smaller in size and very lightweight and shimmery.
FDA approved for use on the face, around the eyes, on the lips and general cosmetic use.
CP Soap Stable. Non-Bleeding.
Particle Size: 30-150 microns
Ingredients: Mica, Titanium Dioxide
The sample size is approximately 2 teaspoons packaged in a plastic sample jar with screw-on lid.
The 1 oz option is 1 oz by weight packaged in a clear PET plastic jar with screw-on lid.
