Pacific Blue mica is a shimmery two-tone color with blue and black color shifting effects depending on how the light reflects from it. This pearlescent color is used for coloring soap and cosmetics such as nail polish, and eye shadow. (It's also used in resin art, epoxy, coatings, plastics, inks, etc.) Mica always looks best in clear soap, but will produce muted shades in opaque soap.
