Lip Safe fragrances are safe for use in lip applications such as Lip Balm, etc. See each listing for IFRA usage rates. Interesting note.. What we perceive as lip "flavors" are really just fragrances. Our sense of taste and smell are closely intertwined. To introduce more "flavor", a sweetener can be added to the product.
