Lavandula angustifolia - English lavender that is grown in the Provence region of France. This No. 1 grade aromatic lavender has a characteristic blue-purple color and a sharp, piney-lavender scent. Lavender flower buds are about the size of a grain of rice and are not on stems. This lavender is recommended for jar potpourris and culinary uses, but may also be used for sachets, dream pillows, bath herbs and more.
